22wind Terms & Conditions

1 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the 22wind platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you take full personal responsibility for determining whether your use of 22wind is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You do not have a pre-existing 22wind account that is active, suspended, or closed under any other name, email address, mobile number, or device.
• You have not been self-excluded from 22wind or any other gambling platform during any period that overlaps with your current registration attempt.
• You are registering with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false details, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

22 wind reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

2 Account Management

Each registered player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the 22wind platform. 22wind actively monitors for duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 22wind reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all duplicate accounts without prior notice.
• Void any bets, wagers, or game rounds placed from a duplicate account.
• Forfeit any bonus funds, free spin credits, or promotional winnings associated with the duplicate account.
• Retain original deposit funds pending a compliance review, the outcome of which will determine whether a refund is appropriate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 22wind support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. 22wind accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to secure their credentials.

Account credentials may not be transferred to, sold to, or shared with any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account or its balance constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

22wind accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket (DBBL Mobile Banking)
• Upay
• Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) direct bank transfer

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit and daily deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may be updated periodically by 22wind. Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet within approximately 30 seconds of the mobile wallet transfer confirmation, subject to network availability.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 22wind does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, 22wind reserves the right to reverse the transaction, suspend the player account, and request additional verification documentation.

22wind does not charge deposit fees on its side of the transaction. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply standard transaction fees as per their own terms. Players are responsible for any such third-party charges.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within approximately 15 minutes during normal operating hours, subject to any pending verification or compliance review requirements.

22wind reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• The player's account identity has not been fully verified.
• The applicable wagering requirement on bonus funds has not been satisfied.
• The withdrawal request triggers an internal compliance or anti-money-laundering review threshold.
• 22wind has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or collusive activity involving the account.
• A chargeback, dispute, or reversal has been initiated by the player or their payment provider against a prior deposit.

22wind does not impose withdrawal fees. Any fees applied at the mobile wallet provider level are outside 22wind's control and remain the player's responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

22wind offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to a designated bonus wallet, separate from your real-money balance.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated at the point of bonus issuance. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your real-money wallet or withdrawn.
• Each bonus promotion has a defined expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress are forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated expiry window.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to live dealer tables, specific jackpot slots, and crash game titles — may contribute at a reduced rate (or zero rate) toward bonus wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.
• 22wind reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who 22wind determines to be abusing bonus programs — through coordinated wagering, exploitation of promotion mechanics, or any other form of bonus fraud — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The 22wind platform offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino table games, slot machine games, crash games, and fish shooting arcade games. The following general rules apply across all verticals:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation, except where 22wind exercises its discretion to void a bet due to a manifest error in odds, a data feed failure, or a force majeure event.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds displayed are clearly and obviously incorrect relative to true market pricing — 22wind reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake. This right applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• For live in-play cricket and sports betting, 22wind's official result will be determined by reference to the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the International Cricket Council, FIFA). Any delays in official result publication do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.
• Slot game and crash game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. These outcomes are statistically independent — past results have no bearing on future results. 22wind does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of placing a wager.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22wind platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own details or using another person's identity or contact information.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or play games in a manner not authorised by 22wind.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any activity that constitutes corruption in sport.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, lag, or latency to gain an unfair technical advantage.
• Colluding with other players in real-money poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Using the 22wind platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction in furtherance of illegal activity.
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals through your mobile wallet provider after receiving the corresponding gaming credit on your 22wind account.
• Abusing the 22wind customer support team. 22wind reserves the right to close accounts where support staff are subjected to abusive, threatening, or harassing communication.

8 Responsible Gaming

22wind is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players, accessible via the account settings after 22wind Login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps to control their spending.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum net loss they are willing to sustain over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration limits after which they will be logged out automatically.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders of their session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests submitted via 22wind support are processed within 24 hours.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 22wind platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game assets, data compilations, website design, written content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 22wind or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any 22wind intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 22wind content without the prior written consent of 22wind. Unauthorised use of 22wind's intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22wind, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 22wind platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 22wind's reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, account information, or BDT balance resulting from a technical failure, provided that 22wind takes commercially reasonable steps to maintain data integrity.
• Any gambling losses incurred on the platform, including losses arising from bets placed during a period of data feed error, subject to 22wind's standard void-bet policy.
• Any third-party content, websites, or services that may be referenced in 22wind marketing materials.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain categories of damages, 22wind's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall 22wind's total aggregate liability to any single player exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

22wind collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what personal data 22wind collects, why it is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and the rights you have in relation to your data.

In summary, 22wind uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, deliver customer support, and send you promotional communications where you have consented to receive them. 22wind does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

22wind reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 22wind will notify registered players via a notice displayed upon login or via the registered contact details associated with the account. The amended Terms will take effect from the stated effective date.

Your continued use of the 22wind platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact 22wind support to close your account and request the withdrawal of any available balance.

22wind encourages all players to review these Terms periodically. The current version of the Terms is always available at 22wind.vip/terms-conditions and is identified by the effective date shown at the top of this page.

13 Account Closure and Termination

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time:

• Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 22wind support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.
• 22wind-initiated closure: 22wind may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, if 22wind has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering, or if your account is inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without a deposit or withdrawal.

Upon account closure, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. 22wind will retain your personal data for such period as is required by applicable law and its internal data retention policies, as described in the Privacy Policy.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 22wind's offshore operating jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that 22wind operates as an offshore platform and that the laws of Bangladesh may not govern disputes arising from the use of this platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, transaction, bonus, or account action, you should first contact 22wind support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 22wind commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days. 22wind's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes and bet settlements is final, subject to manifest error.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction to the extent that such laws apply to your use of the platform.

15 Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms issued by 22wind, constitute the entire agreement between you and 22wind with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intention of the severed clause.

22wind's failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
